Pengaruh pemberian variasi konsentrasi NAA (α-naphthaleneacetic acid) dan 2.4 D terhadap induksi protocorm like bodies (PLB) anggrek macan (Grammatophyllum scriptum (Lindl.)

The research was aimed to evaluate the effect of concentration variation of 2,4-D and NAA (a-naphthalene acetic acid) on the Protocrom Like Bodies (PLB) growth of Grammatophyllum scriptum. The experimental design in this research was completely randomized design with two factors, namely concentration of 2,4-D (0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L) and concentration of NAA ( 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L) with four replications. The quality of PLB was measured base on shoot and root length. The results showed that treatment had no effect on PLB growth of G. scriptum.
